Is this once more a message that residents of the the District of Columbia are not constituents of any voting member in the Senate or the House of Representatives. The District's
citizens do not have rights equal to other U.S. citizens.
They are not ruled by anyone they can vote for in Congress.
The District of Columbia has Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) a voice in congress without the right to vote, thanks to Republican votes in the House of Representatives.

When will both party's, the Democrats and Republicans give the District of Columbia citizens there full equal legal vote rights in both House's with 3 House members and 2 in the Senate?
Gee what is that to mean to some who does a out standing job for you, and well thanks, but your not worth having you rights to have a real vote as a citizen for living in the District of Columbia.
