Headlights to Illumine Your Way
As an important part of a vehicle, headlights are mounted there to serve an essential purpose: to provide safety for the driver and its passengers, as well as other people in contact with the car. They illuminate the road upon which the vehicle would be running through. And they would illuminate the way in dire cases of harsh weather conditions like foggy afternoons, snowy winters, thunderstorms, and also during driving at the stark of night. They are mounted specifically at the front of the vehicle so as to light the road ahead. They also have reflectors and special lenses.
A headlight, or also known as a headlamp, is a lamp that is usually attached to the front of the vehicle with the purpose of lighting up the road ahead during periods of low visibility. Modern headlights are practically operated through and by the means of electricity. They are positioned in pairs, one or two lights on each side of the front of the vehicle.
The headlamp system is actually required so as to produced a low and a high beam. The high beams, also known as main beams, full beams, or driving beams, are used and they cast most of their light straight ahead, thus enabling the driver to maximize his seeing distance.
However, producing too much light and glare could also affect other drivers on the road. On the other hand, low beams, which are also called as dipped beams, have stricter control of upward light. They direct most of their light downward and also either rightward or leftward for right-traffic and left-traffic countries, respectively. It gives the vehicle drivers a safe forward visibility devoid of excessive glare or back dazzle.
Out in the market are different types of headlights for car owners to choose from.
One of these is the reflector optics which has a light source, or filament or arc, that is placed at or near the focus of a reflector. This could be parabolic or of non-parabolic complex shape. The reflector optics has a design that starts as a parabola standing in for the size and shape of the completed package. The precise shape of each segment of this light is designed so much so that their cumulative effect is able to produce the required distribution pattern. Another type is the projector optic that has a system where in a filament is located at one focus of an elliptical and a condenser lens at the front of the lamp.
Other types include HID headlamps (which stands for high-intensity discharge), LED headlights, and directional headlights.
Auto Parts Online comes into the picture for it has a vast array of well crafted headlights to choose from for different brands of vehicles at its online store. Excellence is synonymous to service for all of Auto Parts Online's customer service staff in dealing with any of their customers' inquiries.
These lights, however, must also be kept in a proper aim or alignment for safety. There are already regulations for aim and these vary from country to country.
In the United States, headlights are all aimed the same, regardless of mounting height. This gives all vehicles a roughly equal seeing distance and all drivers roughly equal glare. The design, performance and installation of all these motor vehicle lighting devices, which includes the headlights, are carefully regulated by the Federal and Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108.

MRSA Cured by Vitamin C
I am unable to understand why, after publication of the evidence I submitted on 30th July quoting the two papers on the efficacy of ascorbate in killing MRSA in Japanese research by Nakanishi T. and available on Entrez PubMed, no interest at all has been shown. Could it not be the case that non-toxic IV ascorbate would provide an instant solution to these infections and many others, and may one ask why it has not been done? There is not even a negative paper to be found in the literature on the subject of multigram doses of ascorbate IV - only many successes and positively beneficial sequelae. The prompt resolution of many bacterial and viral infections by ascorbate IV have been reported by Klenner F and others from 1949 onwards. If the public has to wait much longer as the death rate mounts, might not MRSA patients start discharging themselves from hospitals in order to start injecting themselves? I would.

Costume Contact Lenses - Be Noticed In The Crowd!
Costume contacts have always been a favorite tool of movie costume designers. What makes a werewolf appear like a real monster and not just an actor in a costume? The eyes, of course! The eyes make the entire image seem real and very believable. But the days when theatrical lenses were available only to movie stars are long gone. Now everybody can get a pair of costume contacts that makes their eyes appear bright and inhuman. The only limit is your imagination. Many people think of theatrical contact lenses only at Halloween time. But there is no reason why you can't wear them just for going out to the club.
If your eyes look like you just came back from Dune, you can be sure that your appearance won't go unnoticed. What are my choices? There are many costume lenses on the market; the most popular brands are Crazy Lenses, by Cooper Vision, and Wild Eyes, by CibaVision. Both Crazy Lenses and WildEyes offer bright, exciting designs. Their lenses are also comfortable and affordable.If...

Eye disorders and custom color contact lens technology, including special tints and hand-painted applications, help people - from babies to the elderly - find relief from serious eye abnormalities.
Until recently, colored contact lenses have been fitted primarily for cosmetic purposes. But relatively new technology developed by Stan Harper, optician and CEO of Adventures in Color Technology, Ltd., is now being used in almost every hospital and teaching university in the United States, and some internationally, to treat and eliminate a wide range of vision problems."More than 20 million people suffer from serious untreated vision problems, and most of those people don't realize a solution like ours is available," Harper, former president of the Contact Lens Society of America, says.Roughly two percent of the population has suffered a serious eye injury as a result of an accident, and others have vision problems as a result of unsuccessful eye surgeries or birth defects. These people can be helped as well. The company uses various Federal Food and Drug Administration approved colors and designs specifically applied to soft contact lenses.A 17-year-old Loveland, Colo., resident and...
